The layout and design of the horsebox is brilliant, I have more than enough space for two event horses and their numerous items of tack, and due to the high pay load I can transport everything safely and legally. I was extremely impressed with the quick delivery, I had my horsebox within forty eight hours of selecting it and I was off and competing in it within days. My horse travels brilliantly due to the attention to detail, and no aspect of horse safety is compromised. We had been looking for a 3.5 ton lorry for my daughter to drive, we had seen many big named companies, only to be very disappointed with the quality of their workmanship and price,everything seemed to be an extra.   We found Dave Barnes Horseboxes by chance.  I phoned Dave, and had a long conversation about our requirements, and that i did not want to travel over an hour only to be disappointed, he assured me this would not happen.  On arriving at Dave Barnes premises, we were greeted with a warm smile, and a nice cup of tea, always welcome after a long drive. We were shown around the lorry that we were interested in, so impressed that it had everything we were looking for, plus the extras, i.e. cctv camera, cd player, vent for the horses, padded partition and a safe (brilliant my husband said, our daughter will not loose her purse again !)  All of the above were included in the price, i needed another cup of tea !We went our for a test drive, and the lorry was brilliant..I phoned the insurance company, and we brought our little lorry "Pinkie" home. My daughters face was an absolute picture, she nearly cried with excitement.  We now very rarely see her, as she is driving her big horse around the country for different events. This is just wonderful.  The little lorry has been very reliable, economical and is real eye catcher.  She loves it.......I would highly recommend Dave Barnes Horseboxes, they are highly professional, true to the word, good workmanship and a very good price.

I am really thrilled with my new lorry.  Having taken it out a good few times now, on every occasion I find I enjoy it more.  It is lovely to drive and has every facility I could possibly want. Everyone wants to come and have a cup of tea in my lorry! I can’t thank Dave enough for his attention to detail and standard of workmanship. I was very fussy about the colour and interior and he got it spot on.  Nothing was too much trouble and the end product is fantastic.  I wouldn’t hestitate to reccommend Dave Barnes Horseboxes to anyone, it was worth the drive from Surrey to Lancashire.
